Stayed for 1 night and was impressed by this great budget hotel. The room itself was spotless and outstanding. The position of the venue was good and unbeatable, a next door restaurant. We could drink something at Extreme Sports Bar, located 1 mi away. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
The location was really poor.

I loved the spacious and clean room at Balcony. the geyser and AC worked perfectly, making my stay comfortable. the breakfast options were decent, though limited. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. I had a pleasant stay overall.

The room at the Balcony Hotel is extremely spacious and comes equipped with all the essentials you need, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, coffee and tea making equipment, and a seating area. the private bathroom is clean. the hotel has a particularly good location next to a restaurant which is absolutely perfect.
